Серед можливих кандидатів трапляються і молодий поет і бухгалтер. Очікуване знайомство стається лише тоді, коли з'являється таємничий Броніслав для порятунку Сабіни, в один вечір, з рук випадкових хуліганів. Захоплена ним мама організовує молодим зустрічі в квартирі, і одна з них приводить до несподіваного зближення. Тоді "наречений" розкриває свої справжні наміри, схиляючи Сабіну до написання регулярних доносів і спостерігання за її директором, в якого вона є улюбленицею. Коли вона відмовляється, Броніслав цілковито скидає маску. Сабіна змушена позбутися його в доволі несподіваний спосіб.
