В центрі сюжету молодий чоловік, якому дістається від одного старого незвичний старовинний предмет невідомого походження - моторошного виду мавпяча лапка. Існує думка, що вона може виконувати будь-які три бажання. Обставини в подальшому склалися трагічним чином, після чого цей молодий чоловік і його супутник потрапляють в автокатастрофу, в якій старий гине. В надії врятувати його, хлопець волає до допомоги мавпячою лапи і просить в якості першого бажання оживити нещасного загиблого. На диво, старий і справді оживає. Однак молодий чоловік навіть не підозрює, чим закінчиться ця затія і якими жахливими будуть наслідки.
