Сюжет
“Леґенди Ріти” – історія життя молодої жінки, що потрапила до терористичної організації. Ріта стає терористкою майже випадково – закохавшись. Згодом, зрозумівши абсурдність і нікчемність такого життя, вона приймає пропозицію спецслужб Східної Німеччини й залишається там назавжди, намагаючись стати такою, як усі громадяни соціалістичної країни. Їй це майже вдається. Майже, бо Ріта по справжньому сильна й романтична натура, на відміну від друзів-терористів і нових товаришів, що мріють опинитися на Заході. Сам погляд Ріти на соціальний устрій не типовий, вона вміє приймати даність і тому має радість від життя як такого, вона не бачить недоліків соціальної системи НДР. Напередодні падіння “залізної завіси” вона не може зрозуміти, чому люди так легко готові відмовитись від здобутків соціалізму…“Леґенди Ріти” – це радше соціальне послання...
