Caroline Farrell is a self-proclaimed planner who was more than hesitant when a job opportunity came up across the globe in Seoul, South Korea. Even though her heritage is Korean, the idea of moving with her husband and young son Jonah from their comfortable life in Hoboken, New Jersey made her more than uneasy.
