Karma forces some of the revolutionaries to attack Laxmibai. But Tatya Guru and Acharya fight against them, and Laxmibai leaves. On the way, Laxmibai takes the disguise of Raja. Karma tries to follow Laxmibai, but gets fooled. Gangadhar regains consciousness when they are on the way. Upon reaching the Jhansi border, Laxmibai notices British soldiers posted all over. Just then, a British battalion which is on its way to the palace passes by. Laxmibai thinks of a plan. At the palace, Sakhubai, Jankibai and Lacho get ready to leave the palace. Martin is about to hoist the English flag on Jhansi fort, when the battalion arrives. An officer from the battalion asks him to stop. And the officer turns out to none other than Gangadhar Rao himself. Everyone is happy to see him. Gangadhar hoists the flag of Jhansi.
