Fryed noodles and meat sauce. Local gourmet called “Italian” in Niigata. This time, the stage is the drive-thru of a fast food restaurant in Nagaoka, Niigata. Many people stop by car and buy Italian food. A woman who goes to her mother's house and has lunch with her. Families who buy a lot as a dish of the dinner table and go home. Some people reflect on their youth to the taste that has been familiar to the local people for many years. At the end of the drive-thru, look at the present of the area.
