Shirts, underwear, towels, bedding, and other laundry go round and round. This time, the setting is a laundromat near Tsutenkaku Tower in Osaka. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. People from all walks of life in the city come here day and night. A woman washes clothes for her family of three in bulk on weekends. A young woman who has started living alone talks about how much she appreciates her mother. This film looks at the life patterns of each of these people, as evidenced by their laundry situations.
