Сюжет (англ.)

The song "Ribwort and Rosemary" by Ales Brabec (Ludek Sobota), a shy supply teacher of musical school, wins the music festival in Krumlov. The song interpreter Marcela (Helena Vondrácková) from a Prague Theatre in Underground realizes that such songs would be exactly what their theatre needs. Ales firstly hesitates, but finding out that his fiancée has just left him, he decides to grasp the chance and leave to Prague with Marcela. The theatre needs several songs to be ready for a new play, so Ales has all the possible conditions and comfort to compose, he falls in love with Marcela instead, staring vacantly and doing nothing. The theatre manager's wife, a student of psychology, is convinced that what Ales needs to compose good songs is not peace and silence, but fear. So, the manager decides to turn Ales's life into horror.

Сюжет

After a soldier cuts off the arm of king's cousin, king decides to deactivate the army. Of course, generals don't like it at all and they try to kill the king. The assassin should be artificial body in the shape of actress Evelina Keleti and with brain of psychotic serial killer Fany Stubová. They also manage to kill king's astrologer Stuart Hampl, who warns the king. Accidentally, Hampl's brain is implanted into assassin's body, actress Keleti is killed and chaos begins.

Поки рідна Чехословаччина знаходиться під окупацією Німеччини, Мілош Хрма влаштовується працювати на невелику залізничну станцію при Богемії. На вулиці 1944 рік, розгортається протистояння між окупантами і партизанами. Мілошу, який можна сказати ще зовсім хлопчик, життя ще не встигла показати всі свої блага, на відміну від диспетчера Губічка. Мілош бере собі за приклад цього щасливого чоловіка, у якого і робота йде на лад і увагою дівок він не обділений. Хрма ж закоханий в Машу, працюючу кондуктором. На тлі військових дій, серед яких перевірка поїздів, які можуть бути пов’язаними з партизанами і розгортається маленьке життя Мілоша Хрма.

"What if someone had an absurd dream and the visions ran out in the street?" a scientist asks Rose, a researcher who discovers a way to engender beneficial dreams (to produce contented, productive workers). There's a problem: after an injection of her elixir, dream elements become real. Rose learns this after dosing her husband Henry to stop his dreaming about Jessie, a curvaceous comic-book heroine who has anti-gravitational gloves he needs to study so he can solve a problem at the factory where he's chief engineer: Henry wakes up with Jessie asleep next to him pursued by a cowboy and a super hero. Jealousy consumes Rose. All this plus satire aimed at the Czechoslovak state.
