Вірна дружина і доброчесна господиня Северина Серізі одного разу зважується на неймовірний і абсолютно аморальний експеримент. Втомившись від власної непогрішності, вона таємно поступає на роботу в публічний будинок мадам Анаїс.Але оскільки вечорами і ночами Северина продовжує виконувати свою звичну роль буржуазної кішечки, в борделі вона одержує ім'я «Денна красуня».
Як будь-яка повія вона виконує всі бажання своїх клієнтів. А потім повертається до домівки.
Таким чином, Северина починає вести подвійне життя.
