In this Pokémon adventure, a mysterious force binds Ash to the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion when it falls from the sky. Volcanion can’t get away, and Ash is dragged along as it continues on its mission. Новонароджений М'юту відкриває свої очі і виявляє натовп людей у білих халатах навколо нього. Це вчені, які породили його, генетично розробивши клітини самого рідкісного покемона на землі - М'ю. М'юту не природний покемон, він штучний. Він може говорити людською мовою. Він вражений цим, він губиться в думках, він не знає що робити і знищує всю лабороторіі. Його підбирає бос команди Р і вмовляє його допомагати їм відловлювати покемонів. Таємниця його життя, його мрії завжди в нього на думці і він знищує базу команди Р, щоб залишитися одному. Оглядаючи море в трав'яно угідді на скелі, Еш чекає, а рагу Брока вже лежить готове на столі. Місті допомагає Броку. Пікачу знаходить Тогепі, який шкутильгає до краю скелі, панікує, поспішає допомогти йому. Тогепі зупиняється на самому краю, а Пікачу падає вниз. Обрив виявився не глибокий на щастя Пікачу.
