Shankar Narayana is an honest politician who meets with a near-fatal accident. Some years later, Shankar's son Ajay has grown up to become a police officer. Ajay's mission to bring down the trade of drugs and weapons, takes him to Istanbul. It's while there that he first meets fashion student Prashanthi. Ajay is smitten with her. Back in India, Shankar finally awakes from a long coma. Ajay creates an elaborate home-life charade to shield his still-fragile father from any stress or shock. While out on the streets, it is time to hunt down Don Nayak and his criminal associates who tried to kill his father all those years ago.

Young Amrita Goutham's parents bring home a poor and homeless youth from the streets of Hyderabad, and adopt him. Shortly thereafter her life is shattered when her parents are killed by this youth. and she goes to live with her brother, and his wife. Years later, she has grown up, and has a niece, Aishwarya. While being chased by some goons, a male named Aditya, comes to her rescue, and she falls in love with him. Amidst nation-wide kidnappings taking place allegedly at the hands of one Kaiser, she soon finds out that Aditya is none other than the one who killed her parents and may have returned back into her family's life to kill all of them.

Arjun is a young man who will always defend his family, even at the risk of his own life. As Arjun and his twin sister Meenakshi are finishing their college education, Meenakshi reveals that she and classmate Uday have expressed their love for each other. Due to the respects he has for his subjects; Thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh rules over his region with fairness and thus any decision he makes on behalf of the villagers holds weight. He lives with his wife Sharda, three sons with Heera being the youngest son, who is uneducated and for this very reason he is black-listed by his dad. When Heera abducts a girl name Radha from a respectable family and marry her this defame his family more prompting Bhanu Pratap to turn him out of the house. In a short while Heera and his wife Radha struggles to make ends; with the advent of a bus service Heera is now a wealthy man and Radha is now the collector. He continues to climb the ladder of success by inaugurating a charitable hospital in his dad's name but another calamity destructs him when he became the prime suspect for poisoning his dad's Kheer.
