На текстильній фабриці десь у робітничій Туреччині один із працівників користується несправною машиною, не вживаючи відповідних запобіжних заходів, і отримує серйозну травму, через яку його госпіталізують. Відповідальність за те, щоб чоловік був у безпеці та отримав ресурси для одужання лягає на власників фабрики, які відчувають тягар не лише по забезпеченню одужання свого працівника заради поновлення його на роботі, а й тому, що вони виходять винними за те, що поставили його в становище, де така подія може статися.Найбільше навантаження бере на себе Кадір, син власника фабрики, який, у свою чергу, повільно "пересідає за кермо". Етичний і порядний чоловік, який не хоче, щоб комусь було завдано шкоди, він намагається примирити власне співчуття до свого серйозно пораненого співробітника з тиском своїх колег, які розглядають цю подію як звичайну адміністративну проблему, яку необхідно вирішити за стандартною процедурою. Проте, коли стає зрозуміло, що аварія була набагато серйознішою, ніж вони очікували, а наслідки більш значні, Кадір стикається з серйозними проблемами, як юридичними, так і психологічними.
Сюжет
На текстильній фабриці десь у робітничій Туреччині один із працівників користується несправною машиною, не вживаючи відповідних запобіжних заходів, і отримує серйозну травму, через яку його госпіталізують. Відповідальність за те, щоб чоловік був у безпеці та отримав ресурси для одужання лягає на власників фабрики, які відчувають тягар не лише по забезпеченню одужання свого працівника заради поновлення його на роботі, а й тому, що вони виходять винними за те, що поставили його в становище, де така подія може статися.Найбільше навантаження бере на себе Кадір, син власника фабрики, який, у свою чергу, повільно "пересідає за кермо". She lives with her father ever since her mother's death, and dreams of hopping on her motorbike and moving to Istanbul where she would open up a bakery shop.
