Everybody worries that CHIANG YUEN will commit suicide just like YAN-SHUN. However, SHING-TIN reacts coldly to the matter. SIU-TIN is determined to win in the boxing contest. He finally conquers his rival and becomes the champion. Time flies and CHIANG YUEN has been missing for a year already. During this year, SIU-TIN is injured and he is not able to join the contest. The business of Ten Ron Boxing is also getting bad since they fail to manage it properly. SZE-LAM has given birth to a baby girl for SHING-TIN and everybody in town talks about it. SHING-TIN organizes a banquet for celebration with all friends and relatives. After joining the banquet, all family members return home and they meet KO HING at the door.
