When the airport personnel refuses to let Mr. Bean take a flight due to his passport having no photo Bean attempts to make a new one, but his attempts at doing so fail. At a final attempt, Bean proceeds to take a picture of himself at the red light camera but is then arrested by two police officers in the process. After being released from the police station, Bean shows his passport with his mugshot photo and the personnel finally accepts it but then says that his plane already left 20 minutes ago, disgruntling him.
