Who called it “that bench”? It is on the eastern shore of Lake Biwa. The lake spreads out in front of you. It became popular on SNS a few years ago and is visited by people without a pause. A cyclist stops by during his round-the-lake trip around Lake Biwa. Car enthusiasts gather here every weekend. The weather around here is changeable during this season, and some people prefer the rough waves, while others like the calm blue lake. What do they all have in mind when they sit down? For three days, we gaze at the benches that stand by the lakeside.
