A).A blizzard strikes Elwood City and all the kids have to return home but before they do, they have to hand in their report which Francine did not finish so she had to write a longer report over the snowstorm days while the adults are scrambling all over the city, losing electricity and supplies. B).Mr. Ratburn's house ceiling collapsed because of the weight from the snow on his roof, so he stays over at Arthur's house, and the surprising thing is that he began to like Mr. Ratburn.
