Сюжет

1981 рік. Відслуживши в армії, Санні Філліпс (Франко) повертається до матері (Блетін), власниці борделю. Він більше не хоче бути жиголо для старіючих жінок, а саме цю кар’єру підготувала для нього матуся. Разом з повією Керол (Суварі) Санні хоче почати нове життя, однак порвати з минулим нелегко... Режисерський дебют Кейджа – досить похмура драма, дуже далека від суто комерційних стрічок, в яких він останнім часом знімається. Добрий акторський ансамбль, в якому всіх затьмарює Блетін. Сам Кейдж виконує епізодичну роль, в якій його нелегко впізнати.

The Cassandra Crossing is an all-star disaster spectacular telling of the terrifying odyssey of 1000 doomed passengers trapped aboard a plague-infested train. A terrorist infected with a deadly virus boards the Stockholm to Geneva Express and exposes all aboard to the disease. Colonel Mackenzie (Burt Lancaster) is called in to handle the situation and finds Dr. Chamberlain (Richard Harris) who is on board the train. Mackenzie decides to re-route the train to the Cassandra Crossing where it will plunge into oblivion. But passengers miraculously begin to recover and Chamberlain must race against time to disconnect the cars.

Сюжет (англ.)

This Thriller/horror movie tells the tale of a young girl who is terrified that her insane mother will take her away from her beloved foster mother. One day, the crazed real mother attempts to contact the girl at school, but her foster mother has a premonition and gets there in time to protect the girl. Eventually though, the real mother and her boy friend, a carnival clown, succeed and takes her away, leaving the bereaved foster parents to enlist the assistance of a parapsychologist to help them interpret the foster mother's terrifying dreams and psychic connection to the girl and find her before it is too late.
