After a number of con tricks, the group are arrested by the Police, but released in the countryside. At this point they witness a car plummet down a cliff, with it's sole occupant, Bose, an underworld don, who, before dying, tells them that he has hidden 10 Crore Rupees in cash in the St. Sebastian's Garden, Goa, and if they find it, it is their's to keep. The group race toward Goa in Contractor's stolen car, little knowing that their plans will soon be foiled, albeit hilariously, by Police Inspector Kabir Nayak, who is angered at this Department for not appreciating his honesty, and is instead penalizing him by transferring him to Yavatmal; a bus hijacker-cum-bandit named Baabubhai, who holds Deshbandhu hostage, and Nari Contractor, who wants the money to repair his now completely damaged car. All want an equal part of the bounty, and each and everyone of them will do anything, even break-up their friendship, rules, laws, and regulations in order to try and keep the cash for themselves, and eventually end up in a race, using a wide assortment of vehicles, and even an airplane, with the winner(s) keeping the entire amount for themselves.

But when Aditya persists, Yama lets him have a second chance. He tells the dead man that he can live, resolve all his problems within a set period of time. Then after that Yama will come again and take his life. Aditya is then sent down to Earth so that he can try and resolve the problems that he had left unfinished. But Aditya finds that he cannot touch anything, and no one can really see nor hear him. So how he is going to solve his problems? Will Yama help him out?Aditya (Shahid Kapoor) is a happy man: his sister is getting married, he is in love with his sweetheart Piya (Amrita Rao) and he has recently invented a new revolutionary car model. Gajraj continues to elude the STF, using more modern technology such as the use of cell phones. But the STF bounces back and is able to monitor Gajraj's cell phones - only to find out that Gajraj is going to contest the elections - and if he wins than no police officer of any rank, leave alone the STF, can dare to arrest him or even consider him a suspect, and which may well result in the STF being mere paper tigers.

Karan Malhotra (Akshaye Khanna) and Priya (Amisha Patel) belong to a rock band of sorts, and are sweethearts. Karan is the leader of the group, and finds that success is not easy. With considerable difficulty Karan is able to secure a contract with the prestigious company belonging to the most eligible and wealthy bachelor, Raj Singhania (Bobby Deol). This contract entails performing on a palatial yacht owned by Raj. The group is thrilled to get this contract and practice thoroughly to make themselves a success. Karan and Priya see this as an opportunity to save money for a happily married life. A chance meeting with Priya, throws Raj head over heels in love with her. Karan notices this, but has faith in his love and Priya. But others in the group observe that Priya is reciprocating Raj's advances. Then one day Raj presents Priya with an engagement, and Priya accepts it. He asks her to accompany him to see his family, where she is introduced to everyone. The family approve of her and a marriage is arranged. But is Priya really in love with Raj? What will be Karan's predicament when he finds out that his sweetheart has betrayed him? Karan Malhotra (Akshaye Khanna) and Priya (Amisha Patel) belong to a rock band of sorts, and are sweethearts. Karan is the leader of the group, and finds that success is not easy. With considerable difficulty Karan is able to secure a contract with the prestigious company belonging to the most eligible and wealthy bachelor, Raj Singhania (Bobby Deol). This contract entails performing on a palatial yacht owned by Raj. The group is thrilled to get this contract and practice thoroughly to make themselves a success. Karan and Priya see this as an opportunity to save money for a happily married life. A chance meeting with Priya, throws Raj head over heels in love with her. Karan notices this, but has faith in his love and Priya. But others in the group observe that Priya is reciprocating Raj's advances. Then one day Raj presents Priya with an engagement, and Priya accepts it. He asks her to accompany him to see his family, where she is introduced to everyone. The family approve of her and a marriage is arranged. But is Priya really in love with Raj? What will be Karan's predicament when he finds out that his sweetheart has betrayed him? Does Raj really love Priya or does he want her to be one of his possessions?
