Сюжет

Комедія, яка є кіноверсією популярного у 50-х роках телесеріалу. Сержант Білко (Мартін) - брехун і шахрай, який весь час обдурює своїх армійських колег, особливо свого безпосереднього начальника (Ейкройд). Завдяки Білко серед солдатів розквітають пияцтво та азартні ігри. Але одного дня на хитромудрого сержанта чекає розплата: з інспекцією приїздить його давній ворог (Хартман). Єдиний можливий вихід для сержанта і його підлеглих - втілити давній військовий проект і побудувати танк, який вміє літати... Середня, місцями смішна стрічка з цілим гроном відомих американських коміків. Свої гроші у прокаті чесно відробила, але нашому глядачу, напевно, більше припаде до смаку “ДМБ”.

At least once, he showed a film, the only known film of Anna Pavlova (doing her Swan Dance). The Muppets' first TV appearance was on Ed Sullivan.
