"Pizza With Bullets," is a romantic comedy about an aging Mob Boss who is suddenly revived from his deathbed by the drifting aroma of pizza into his bedroom, delivered by a young pizza maker Johnny Casanova, who the Don thinks is his long lost son. The Don's obsession with Johnny sparks dysfunction with the members of his crime family, specifically Gino, his second in command, who had takeover objectives that have now been thwarted by Don Vito's renewed health. Johnny is a mischievous guy engaged to a gorgeous Lisa, who's unaware he's into the mob (Don Vito's family) for 50 G'S in gambling debts. Johnny tries to politely dismiss the Don's growing fatherly advances while dealing with the evil Gino who wants to knock off both the Don and Johnny. What happens is a sequence of events and funny character clashes that culminates in a surprising confession, happy reunion and just reward for the not so "Good Fella's."

Joe is a children's book writer and illustrator in L.A. in the second year of major writer's block. His girlfriend, impatient with his lack of progress, gets bitchy, so he breaks off the relationship and agrees to accompany her brother to a small town in Wisconsin where stalwarts jump in Lake Michigan on Christmas morning. The house where they stay is isolated, and when Joe's pal is hospitalized with a badger bite, Joe is on his own. He befriends a local hermit, is attracted to the man's granddaughter, and must deal with the local sheriff's dislike of anyone from out of town. Plus, the sheriff is the young woman's dad - with a gun. Christmas approaches and things get complicated.

Здається, ніщо не в змозі перешкодити стрімкому сходженню до вершин кар'єри детектива Едріана Монка. Але нерозкрите вбивство коханої дружини - Труді - стало занадто сильним ударом для професіонала. Драма, яку він пережив, призвела до серйозних психологічних розладів, абсолютно несумісних з роботою у поліції. І він був змушений покинути службу. Поряд з Монком тепер постійно знаходиться медсестра Шарона, яка намагається йому допомогти відновити втрачені душевні і фізичні сили. І поступово Шарона стає для Монка кимось на зразок доктора Ватсона для Шерлока Голмса. А тим часом поліційний департамент намагається розкрити чергову заплутану справу і, в решті решт, усвідомлює необхідність підключення Монка в якості приватного консультанта до розслідування.
