On Christmas' Eve, uncle Greg and uncle Lillo are suddenly forced to take care of 8 year old nephew. His parents were mistakenly arrested for cultivation of drugs. The two uncles are very different, and inadequate to the task. Greg, single rocker, seek the help of Genny (Ambra Angiolini). Lillo, just left by his wife (Paola Minaccioni) and jealous of her new boyfriend, a forced tattoo artist (Paolo Calabresi), take advantage of the situation to win her back. To complicate matters, the surprise visits of two bizarre but zealous social workers (Francesco Montanari and Riccardo De Filippis) to the "strange family" to verify its suitability.

In this occasion, Tiziana, his wife, discovers Gilberto's 'almost-treason' with Stella. She decides immediately to separate and proceeding for divorce. At this point, having no place to stay, Gilberto is accommodated by Andrea and his fiancé Carlotta. Soon Gilberto discovers that also his wife Tiziana has a liaison with Guido their family's doctor. Things stars becoming interesting because a frenetic 'couple game' starts, with a surprise following another keeping us always more involved in this sentimental war.
