Ерні - таксист. Неприємності обходять його стороною, але в разі чого може і за себе постояти. Марія - золотоволоса молода вдова бухгалтера мафії, якого помилково вбили гангстери. Залишившись з 4-х річної Анжелікою на руках, Марія вирішує помститися за смерть чоловіка.І щоб відправити на той світ його вбивцю, вони разом з Анжелікою, оскільки не знайшлося няні, приїхали в аеропорт Кеннеді, куди привіз чергового клієнта Ерні. Але в потрібний момент Марія не може змусити себе натиснути на курок.
