Сюжет

Цього разу пілот-ас Топпер, покинувши службу, живе в далекому тібетському монастирі. Але країні знову потрібен герой. І він, неохоче покинувши друзів-ченців, повертається на службу. Йому доручають таємну місію: врятувати заручників з лап Саддама Хуссейна. Але, на радість для всіх, Топпер перевертає все з ніг на голову.
Стрічка досить дотепно пародіює добрий десяток відомих американських фільмів: "Касабланка", "Рембо", "Основний інстинкт", "Немає виходу", "Зоряні війни", "Термінатор-2" та ін.Однак справжні оплески зриває фінальний двобій президента з Хусейном - це вже пародія швидше не на фільми, а на американський світогляд.
