Продовження пригод доброго лікаря Дулітла, що розуміє мову тварин. Цього разу йому доводиться рятувати від вирубки цілий ліс, де мешкає безліч тварин. От тільки біда - ліс рубають на законних підставах, і є лише одна юридична зачіпка - у лісі повинна мешкати бодай одна пара рідкісних тварин. І справді, в лісі залишилась ведмедиця, остання з свого виду. Їй знаходять пару - красеня ведмедя-циркача, і наче все повинно піти у вірному руслі, якби не одна халепа: ведмідь той - дитя цивілізації, і геть не пристосований до життя у дикому лісі...

An abused beagle runs away from his owner. On the road, he meets young Marty Preston and follows him home. The boy immediately forms a bond with the dog and names him Shiloh. His stern father won't let him keep the dog because it belongs to Judd Travers, a local hunter. After Shiloh is mistreated again, he runs away and returns to Marty. Knowing his father will once again make him bring Shiloh back to Judd, he makes a home for the dog in an old shed up the hill from the Prestons' house and hides him from his family. His secret is soon discovered when a stray attacks the dog one night and he must turn to his father for help.

Goetschel (Global Animal Law), Paul Watson (Sea Shepherd), Dr. Jane Goodall, Dr. Edmund Haferbeck (PETA), Christa Blanke (Animals' Angels), Garret John LoPorto (Civil Rights activist) and many more can be heard and seen in our film. Our filming started in the small Spanish village Trigueros del Valle where, in July 2015, mayor Pedro Perez Espinosa decided to grant Civil Rights to the animals of his village. Deciding to do this quest deliberately in a naive way, we were trying to find answers for the questions of the animals. "Do animals have Civil Rights?" An unusual and provoking question. We, the Pegasus family, have travelled more than 12.000 kilometers throughout Europe to give voice to the animals of this world. The animals ask; animal activists, lawyers, vegan chefs, sanctuary founders and business professionals had to answer. Dr. Antoine F. Goetschel (Global Animal Law), Paul Watson (Sea Shepherd), Dr. Jane Goodall, Dr. Edmund Haferbeck (PETA), Christa Blanke (Animals' Angels), Garret John LoPorto (Civil Rights activist) and many more can be heard and seen in our film.
