Cathy's course of aggressive chemotherapy isn't working, but is having negative side effects. As she doesn't agree with Todd's assessment that they deal with the side effects and wait, Cathy decides to get a second opinion with a Dr. Atticus Sherman, who she has heard has previously cured a stage 4 patient.
