Phil Spencer goes undercover with two properties that are frightening off the buyers. With four children in a three bedroom semi, Adrian and Cheryl's Northwich home is bursting at the seams and they've been forced to create some strange yet ingenious sleeping arrangements. Problem is, they're putting buyers off.
