Takadanobaba is one of Tokyo's leading student districts, home to dozens of universities, prep schools, and vocational schools. The stage for this episode is the lively rotary square in front of the station, which is bustling day and night as a gathering and dispersal point for young people heading to clubs and drinking parties.
