9 years ago Wali Khan (Irrfan Khan) was sent into Karachi, Pakistan by the Chief of RAW Ashwini Rao (Nasser) to report the activities of The Most Wanted Man in India. 9 days ago Rudra Pratap Singh (Arjun Rampal) Indian Armed Forces, MARCOS unit, Zoya Rehman (Huma Qureshi) RAW Explosives expert, and Aslam, a petty thief from the streets of Mumbai recruited by RAW, infiltrated Pakistan to join Wali Khan and carry out the mission to bring back The Most Wanted Man in India. The man who was going to break all ISI protocol and security and attend his own son's wedding. The man who could on that day be abducted and brought back to India to face justice. 1 day ago everything went according to plan until it all failed. The team sent in to bring The Most Wanted Man in India, did the unthinkable - they carried out the most daring operation and almost got away with it. Almost because, something went horribly wrong.

In the city of Ghaziabad, gang war breaks between two rival groups led by Satbir Singh and Fauji. Thakur Pritam Singh, a corrupt police officer, is transferred to the city to handle the situation.

Abhimanyu enrolls himself in a medical institute and gets a room in the hostel. He finds that ragging is rampant, initiated by Chris and other seniors, on vulnerable freshers so much so that three years ago a student, Gaurav P. Gupte, killed himself. When he himself becomes a victim, he speaks out and complains, only to have his room trashed. He then requests that he be moved to Room 404 - the very room that was occupied by Gaurav. The authorities initially refuse as the room has been under lock and key since the suicide and no one dared to occupy it. But Abhimanyu insists and assures them that this will remove the myth associated with it, and he is accordingly permitted to do so. Shortly thereafter, he will start to hallucinate about not only seeing but also speaking with Gaurav. When he shares these with his friend, Neha; and Professor Aniruddh and his wife, Dr. Meera, they express disbelief and are convinced that he is suffering from a mental disorder. Despite of this opposition, he continues to believe that Gaurav's spirit is still occupying the room and sets about to prove it to the faculty.

She does survive but loses her sight and returns home to her Tilakwadi-based widowed mother; a slacker brother, Rakesh; and a younger brother, Ganya. Disillusioned even more after her partner, Ajay, abandons her, she still hopes to participate in the contest, and unexpectedly gets encouragement from a fighter, Nandan Kamtekar (Neil Nitin Mukesh), who not only assists her, but also pays for her medical treatment. For a living he boxes Friday nights, and works for an underworld don, Usman Ali (Piyush Mishra). She convinces him to be her partner, he reluctantly agrees, and both realize that they are in love. She persuades him to get a regular job and quit boxing, and he does so. Neither of them are aware that Inspector K.K. Sethna (Manish Chaudhary) is continuing to investigate who ran over Pinky - despite of being warned by the Police Commissioner to close the file - and will soon conclude that the suspect is none other than Nandan. Watch as events unfold and the impact this will have on Pinky and Nandan.
