Неочікувао помирає король Данії. Його вдовиця, Гертруда, поспішно бере шлюб з братом покійного чоловіка Клавдієм, якого оголошують новим королем. Принцеві Гамлету з'являється привид й повідомляє, що він зрадницьки отруєний власним братом. В спочатку сором'язливому й замріяному юнакові визрівають жага помсти й ненависть до вбивці батька, й жалість до обдуреної матері, що йде на за покликом власних почуттів. У свою чергу, Клавдій також хоче смерті Гамлета.Сюжет

But things are complicated when one of his students brings a mysterious woman into their circle, a woman who is secretly working for the Gestapo.
