The boy, playing a brave traveler, asked his older brother who "the most important star man." He suggested using a "magic" bicycle wheel to travel through the eras and find out the answer to the question on their own. Having visited various times - from the conquerors of space of the near future to astronomers of the gray past - and having traced how knowledge about the stars accumulated, the brothers came to the conclusion that all people are "important".
