A suicidal woman's "final" call mistakenly connects her to a man who gives her something to live for.

Guddu and Charlie are identical twins born and raised in the slums of Mumbai. They dream of leaving the squalor behind and moving into a life of prosperity and dignity. Though they look alike, the two are as different as chalk and cheese. One lisps, the other stammers. One is an honest, diligent social worker while the other hedges bets at a racecourse. The brothers want nothing to do with each other. But when Charlie gets mixed up in a deadly get-rich-quick scheme and Guddu realizes that the love of his life has unwittingly put a price on his head, their lives begin to collide. They find themselves facing rogue politicians, drug dealers and crooked cops. As they uncover a sinister plot laid out by the 'political-police-underworld' nexus, their stories finally converge to a point when they realize they only have each other.

Санджай Сінгханья - власник компанії стільникових телефонів. Калпана - модель, що хвастається друзям, що в неї роман із Санджаєм, хоча вони навіть не знайомі. Коли Санджай довідається про це, він вирішує приструнити дівчину. Але по дорозі він бачить як гарна жінка допомагає дітям-інвалідам перейти вулицю. Санджай кидається допомогти їй. І пізніше він довідається, що це та сама Калпана. Санджай знайомиться з Калпаной, але не говорить їй, хто він насправді. Вони закохуються друг у друга.

After his mother passes away, Mumbai-based Deshu returns from Dubai to condole his married sister, Kumud, and retired police constable father, but becomes embroiled with the police as well as the underworld after he witnesses a brutal homicide. Hounded by both the police and goons affiliated to Mangli, he decides to enter the criminal world of Hashimbhai, a rival of the later, and begins his career by killing Mangli. His rise in the gang is phenomenal, and his association with Bollywood beauty, Bhakti Bhatnagar, creates jealously amongst Hashim's sons, Shabbir and Muqarram, who also feel demoralized and threatened, and use every opportunity to instigate their father against him, while the Mumbai Police assign 'Encounter Specialist' Inspector Razaak the task of doing away with Deshu.
