Ajay Mehra (from previous Ghayal-1990), after finishing off his life sentence, starts a newspaper called Satyakam. Still dealing with the haunting trauma of losing his loved ones, Ajay manages to make a credible name for himself in investigative journalism. Working with a strange team of RTI activists, ex-criminals and ilk; and even stranger ways of unearthing and presenting truth, Ajay Mehra has earned quite a fan following among the youths, who finds his fearless and unforgiving approach in dealing with all kinds of sociopaths very inspiring. Among his die hard fans are these four teenagers who happened to have received bravery medals from him once. These four friends once out on photography expedition, accidentally record a murder on a camera. The footage turns out to be explosive as it clearly shows two of the city's most powerful people involved in the murder. Well what happens after this is a series of twists and turns where the four kids get entangled and have to fight it out with the most powerful men of the city, will Ajay be able to save them? Will the kids be successful in their mission to stand by the truth only time will tell.

Mr. Oberoi is a wealthy industrialist, and lives a comfortable lifestyle, with this two sons. The elder son is married, and Mr Oberoi wants his second son, Viren, to marry too. He has already selected a bride for him in Aditi Malhotra. Though Viren has always lived in his father and brother's shadows, he is quite romantic at heart, and hopes to fall in love first and then marry the girl of his choice. The presence of Aditi prevents this, and he makes all attempts not to marry her. He succeeds, the wedding arrangements are all called off. Then he meets the girl of his dreams, Karen Fernandes, and proposes marriage to her. The only setback he sees that she is a Catholic, and he, a Hindu. However, that is soon overcome. Everything seems to go on smoothly between both the families, when Viren falls out of love with Karen, and wants to cancel the wedding. When questioned about his change in mind, he responds that he is in love with Aditi. But Aditi will not have anything to do with him anymore, for she is getting engaged to a childhood friend, Mahesh, and she very forthrightly tells Viren on his face that she will only marry Mahesh and no one else. How will Karen react to Viren's change of mind? Will Viren change his mind again, or will he fall in love with a third female?

One day while passing by Raj sees his father's old car in a scrap yard. He buys the car and transforms it into "Tarzan", a futuristic looking car that he builds in memory of his father. The car has a life of its' own and soon becomes a killing machine, taking revenge on the men who killed Devesh. The suspicion falls on Raj and he becomes the prime suspect. While visiting Raj's home, Priya's father sees a photo of Devesh and Raj and realizes who Raj is. Priya's father is one of the men who killed Raj's father. He forbids Priya from seeing Raj and decides to send her back to London. The climax of the movie is where you learn that Devesh's spirit controls the car and he cannot move on to the after world unless he gets revenge and his family learns the truth about his death. After he accomplishes both tasks, his soul is free and he moves on. Raj and Priya unite and all ends well.
