Marvin Bookman is a small shop owner in Gary, Indiana, USA. After he sees a drive-by shooting of Laurie Thompson's son by a local gang, he gives up the license number of the car to the police. І не випадково, виявилося, що Нелюд втік з клініки і знайшов собі нове лігво в Лос-Анжелесі - десь в надрах недавно перебудованого театру. Його жертвами вже стали кілька жінок, а потім і старий друг Дена. Герой знову виходить на слід Нелюда.
