In a very dangerous police operation famous undercover Narcotic agent Ertugrul faces with a puzzling situation. Unfortunately he gets killed along with his wife in front of their children before he solves the secret in the dark labyrinths of the world of drugs. Sixteen years later, his older son Attila, who has grown up to be a Narcotic officer with the nickname "Panther", will seek his revenge. In a narcotic operation, Attila along with his partner Asena, who is a female narcotic officer, they seize a huge amount of drugs that belongs to infamous drug kingpin Hashasi who is disguised himself as a respectable industrialist Vahdet Bozcan. Vahdet who has strong ties with politicians, pressures the authorities to post Attila to another job. Attila being demoted and striped from all his privileges desperately tries to find his way out. On top of everything, Atilla looses his only brother Tayfun to a drug related crime and gets into depression. With the support of Asena and his colleagues Atilla puts himself together and unofficially starts pursuing Hashasi known as Vahdet Bozcan. In this long run, Attila pursues Vahdet from Turkey to Holland from France to Greece and from Monaco to mysterious streets of Istanbul and the drug infested schools of Istanbul. This time Attila is determined to find the killers of both his father and his brother while fighting against the drug network that starts from the top officials of the country and ends up in schools. With the help of Inci, a guidance teacher in the school of his late brother Tayfun, and Asena, Attila finds his way out but only to be lost in a love triangle between these two women. But he has a mission to complete. Attilla is ready to sacrifice everything even his life to the fight against drugs.

Turkey's northwest has suffered a devastating earthquake on August 17th, 1999. The government is in need of lots of money to compensate the cost of recovering from this catastrophe. So they decide to pass a new, temporary law, which suggests that every man of Turkish citizenship over a certain age can now pay some certain amount of money to the government of Turkey, and in return for that, complete his military service in 28 days instead of the regular 18 months. Many people want to take advantage of that, including famous singers and businessmen, and they're all sent to the same army base to carry out their 28-day-long military service. One of them is a young man who has lost his home and his entire family in the earthquake, thus being allowed to join the 28-day crew without paying anything. Obviously, he's much different from anyone else around him, by all means. But he's not the only different one. There are many interesting and almost strange people there, one of whom cannot even speak or understand Turkish. All these young men, most of whom are rich or famous, live the utmost experience of their lives at the army base, involving mostly funny yet sentimental moments. They have all gone there to return home by the end of the month, but things take a different turn at some point. Maybe they should have taken their army duty more seriously after all...

The directorial duties are assumed by drug dealer Tatu who claims to have been a star in his youth. Prince Charming is played by a drug addict, homeless kids play the dwarfs, and a hooker plays the Queen. As the rehearsals go on at the police station, Cemil tries to hide the hostile environment of the police station from her daughter causing a series of tragicomic events like the arrival of U.N. delegates who mistake the rehearsal for a rehabilitation program.
