Сюжет

В основі фільму лежить історія вигаданої телекомпанії Union Broadcasting System (UBS) та її ведучого новин Говарда Біла. Біл сходить з розуму, проте UBS у гонитві за рейтингами продовжує випускати його передачу. Під час одного з випусків Біл несамовито кричить «Я злий, як собака, і більше не збираюся цього терпіти!» і закликає всіх глядачів покричати цю фразу. Люди по всій країні з вікон кричать те ж саме.
