Сюжет

Літературний критик Фелікс Лежандр, відомий своєю дотепністю і "гострим" язиком, негативно висловився про першу книгу молодої письменниці Селін Буржуа, позбавивши її віри в себе. Тепер вона ненавидить злісного критика і звинувачує його у всіх своїх невдачах. Одного разу поліція затримує Фелікса за керування автомобілем у нетверезому стані, і в покарання він повинен пройти громадські роботи, приєднавшись до групи волонтерів, які допомагають городянам напідпитку добратися до свого будинку. Серед волонтерів він зустрічає молоду письменницю і закохується в неї, не підозрюючи, хто вона. Селін же, навпаки, прекрасно пам'ятає автора вбивчої рецензії. Вже тепер-то самозакоханий критик побуває в найсмішніших ситуаціях і дізнається, що таке витончена жіноча помста! Але Лежандр такий чарівний і так сильно закоханий, що Селін уже сама готова прийняти почуття і забути про минулі образи. Але незабаром у неї з'являється привід думати, що насправді Фелікс просто веде свою підступну гру.
