Норвегія, недалеке майбутнє. Кліматична криза викликає щораз потужніші урагани, які доходять вже до берегів Норвегії. Останній з них, Марія, приносить велику кількість жертв і руйнацій, через що на найближчих виборах перемагає партія зелених, лідер якої, Єспер Берґ, обіцяє в першу чергу зайнятися кліматичною проблемою.
