Сюжет
1942 рік. Дивом вибравшись з окупованого нацистами Кракова, 12-річний Ромек знаходить притулок у своїх далеких родичів. У тихому селі ніхто не шукатиме сина доброчесних євреїв, що зважилися на розлуку ради його порятунку. Але і тут, серед католиків, Ромек вимушений приховувати своє коріння.
