Detective Cha smells bad and is overweight. Nevertheless, he is a devoted cop who always tries his best to catch the bad guys. A new case then arises. Illegal narcotics are infiltrating into the fashion industry and a detective is needed to work undercover as a model. There are only 2 detectives taller than 180 centimeters required to work as a fashion model. One of them is Detective Cha and the other detective walks strangely due to to a hemorrhoid. Detective Cha is selected to go undercover as a male model in designer Ko Young-Jae's next fashion show. Designer Ko Young-Jae tells Detective Cha that he has to lose 20 kilograms in 2 weeks so that he can work as a model in her upcoming show. Detective Cha then goes on a strenuous regiment to lose the weight.

Сюжет

Сюжет фільму заснований на реальних подіях. У ньому розповідається про найпершу об'єднану команду Південної Кореї і Північної Кореї з настільного тенісу, яка була сформована для участі в Чемпіонаті Світу 1991 року, що проходить в Чибі, Японія. Учасники цієї об'єднаної команди Кореї змогли обіграти свого одвічного суперника з цього виду спорту - команду Китаю, і стати чемпіонами світу. У фільмі показано, як поступово неприязнь і ненависть учасників цих двох країн один до одного змінюється на повагу і дружбу...

Veteran detective Sang-gil and beat cop Eun-yeong are in charge of a case that seems to involve a simple act of self-immolation. Sang-gil initially thinks that it was an accident, but dog bite marks discovered on the body lead him to believe that someone had terrorized and murdered the victim. He and Eun-yeong investigate the source of the drugs found in the body and discover the victim had been pimping out young girls. At the same time, another murder involving a wolf-dog crossbreed occurs The two cases are labeled serial killings. With a connection between the victims uncovered, Sang-gil and Eun-yeong track down a potential witness. While questioning her, one of the mysterious dogs strikes out of the blue, killing the witness and stunning the cops.
