Сюжет

Дія фільму відбувається в 20-і роки. Льотчик (Рів) змушений взяти в політ навіжену пасажирку (Аркетт). Літали тоді на біпланах і сюжет розігрує драму виживання в безлюдній, дикій місцевості. Спочатку стосунки льотчика і пасажирки були як у кішки з собакою. Потім їх літак розбивається в горах і вони змушені піклуватися одне про одного, щоб вижити в дикій природі. А тим часом в маленькому аеропорту суворий Джек Ворден, керуючий цієї поштовою лінією, повідомляє неприємному і злому батькові зниклої пасажирки (Сем Вонамейкер), що хлопці, з літаючої поштою, - просто божевільні каліки з наркотичною залежністю від штурвала.
