Після того, як Волтер і Анна були змушені з'їхати із квартири в центрі Нью-Йорка, вони вирішили купити власний будинок! Але де знайти такі гроші? Аж отут, якось дуже вчасно, один знайомий запропонував начебто дивовижний будинок за чудесною ціною - одна з тих пропозицій, від яких, як правило, не відмовляються.І наші герої, які нічого не підозрюють, зважилися на купівлю.
