Andrew Tkach has produced long form television programs for more than 25 years, most recently directing 2 feature length documentaries on Ukraine’s tumultuous history. Before that he produced a documentary on how climate change was affecting the last dog sled hunters of Greenland and an expose of child miners in the West African gold industry for NBC. In 2013 he interviewed the Chinese dissident artists Ai Wei Wei in Beijing, just days before his arrest for a doc examining Chinese internet censo ... rship. Prior to forming his own company, Messy Moment Media, Tkach was the principal long form producer of Christiane Amanpour for both CNN and CBS 60 Minutes, winning multiple Emmy’s for their work. He is currently executive producing a weekly environmental documentary series in Kenya made by African filmmakers. Канадська журналістка Рея Клайман на четвертому році перебування у Радянському Союзі вирушає в автомобільну подорож з Москви до Києва. Так, подорожуючи Україною у 1932 році стає свідком початку штучного голодомору. Звикла до реалій тоталітарної держави канадійка вражена побаченим. Вона висвітлює проблему, за що її з клеймом «буржуазна порушниця спокою» вигнали з Радянського Союзу. Вона одна з перших і єдиних, хто намагається донести світову про геноцид проти українського народу.Автори фільму "Голод до правди" співвіднесли паралелі методам сталінського режиму в СРСР і режиму президента Росії Владіміра Путіна 1932 та 2016 років.
Зокрема, вже під час війни 2014—2020 років на сході України страждає родина спецпризначенця Збройних сил України Сергія Глондаря. Він потрапив до полону в бою під Дебальцевим після того, як за угодою «Мінськ-2» російські окупанти мусили перейти до перемир'я.

Together we've produced over 50 award-winning documentaries on East Africa's most critical environmental crises. Seen in schools, museums and local communities, the films can help create the popular groundswell that will goad and inspire leaders of government, business and civil society to act, before it's too late.
