Розповідь про взаємини між примарою померлого старого й хлопчиком Банку. Родина приїжджає жити на Віллу Натх у Гоа. Цей будинок усі обходять стороною через примару, що там живе. Бхутнатх - ім'я, що дав примарі хлопчик Банку (від Бхут - примара, Натх - ім'я власників вілли). Банку не вірить, що примари існують, тому не злякався, коли побачив страшного старого. Він вирішив, що це - ангел, і дуже незабаром вони стають друзями. Прияншу Чаттерджи виконує роль сина Бхутнатха, що повинен допомогти душі батька знайти спокій.

Сюжет
Бізнесмен Балрадж Капур (Амітабх Баччан), його дружина Шобна (Хема Маліні) і їх єдиний син Авінаш (Салман Кхан) - щаслива і дружна сім'я. Авінаш для Балраджа більше друг, ніж син, Шобна для Балраджа більше янгол-охоронець, ніж просто дружина. Світло, любов і тепло - постояльці їх будинку, а коли після навчання за кордоном Авінаш повертається додому, в їх будинок входить ще один член сім'ї. Художниця Малвіка Талвар на прізвисько Міллі (Рані Мукхерджі) - красива молода жінка, яка стала ідеальною супутницею життя для Авінаша.
