Сюжет

Троє людей відправляються на своїй яхті на пошуки зниклого друга. Вони висаджуються на невеликому острові вдалині від берега, де, як відразу ж з'ясовується, орудує М'ясник Карл, тільки цього разу він уже не один, а зі своїм батьком, що повстав з мертвих у самому кінці другої частини й досить значною армією послідовників. Є на острові й ще одна людина - медик, що завдяки якійсь вакцині воскрешає мерців і готовить армію зомбі для завоювання світу. Доля наших трьох героїв тепер зовсім не завидна...
