Casey Jones is the story of a quirky young man with an irresistible propensity for violence. A lifelong outcast, Casey learned at a young age to channel his brutal urges into sports, but after being kicked off the local hockey team for excessive force during practice, Casey moves back in with his worrisome mother to seek solace at his boyhood home. His retreat is soon interrupted though when a vicious gang of street punks, the Purple Dragons, savagely beat him with pipes for attempting to remove their graffiti. After narrowly escaping the encounter with his life, Casey vows to single-handedly rid his neighborhood of crime. Емілі та Бен вирішують одружитися на Різдво, адже саме цього дня вони познайомились два роки тому. І вже до весілля залишається якихось чотири тижні, аж раптом Емілі потрібно їхати у дуже важливе відрядження, та до весілля вже майже все готове, тож вона не дуже турбується і виїжджає, впевнена, що все буде гаразд, і вона повернеться за тиждень до Різдва. Та не так склалось, як гадалось. Неприємності почались одразу, як вона від'їхала: спочатку подзвонив органіст і повідомив, що він не зможе грати в них на весіллі, потім власник ресторану відмовив їм у банкеті. Всі ці клопоти лягли на плечі Бена, що намагається все вирішити з допомогою своєї майбутньої тещі. Та на цьому неприємності тільки почалися. Далі Емілі довелося затриматися у відрядженні на декілька днів, а коли справи було зроблено, і можна їхати додому, через негоду скасовують всі рейси, доводиться чекати гарної погоди. І звісно найкраще це може вдатись у мовчазного дивакуватого детектива Шона Стоуна, неординарність мислення кого дозволяє зовсім по іншому поглянути на, здавалося б зрозумілі речі.
