У Акіхабарі нашестя Багованих - істот, що харчуються енергією і волею до життя постійних покупців численних місцевих магазинів. Перемогти цих істот можна лише змусивши прийняти сонячні ванни. Тобто оголивши ворога. Для чого з них потрібно зірвати одяг!Головний герой, Тамоцу відправився з сестрою, Нівакю, по Улюбленим отаку-магазинах. Раптово з неба падає незнайомка з сяючим волоссям. Не встигли випадкові свідки отямитися, як ця дівчина вступає в бій з людьми, що її переслідують . І перемагає, зірвавши їх одяг! Тамоцу і Нівака вирішують, що подібне може бути тільки вуличною постановкою, але незабаром їм належить переконатися в реальності того, що відбувається, і Тамоцу приєднається до боротьби Матоме Мойонакі, тієї самої, що звалилася з неба дівчини, за благополуччя Акіхабари, яка є раєм для отаку.

За справу береться молода амбітна прокурорка Іґа Добош, яку прислали з Варшави для розслідування злочину. Докази вказують на самого Рєброва, який змушений ховатися в глухих нетрях, продовжуючи шукати винуватця.У серіалі «Ватага», спродюсованому HBO Europe, порушено проблеми південно-східної польської глухомані, де перетинаються стежки росіян, поляків, українців та німців: вони займаються контрабандою зброї, наркотиків, алкоголю та людей.
