Frustrated by the Ghost Monsters' repeated failures to locate the Power Forest, Mezmeron decides to do the job himself. Failing himself as well, he decides to take them back and work with them in efforts to tunnel under PacLand to find the forest. The stork delivers a litter of Pac-Puppies to the Pac-Family home to Pac-Baby and Chomp Chomp's delight, but to Sour Puss and Pac-Man's dismay. Can Pac-Man handle the situation before the puppies get out of control?
