Jan and Dean figure out that the only thing they can do to save Monster Beach is to officially turn it into a town. But first, they need a mayor. That shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. A monster of a battle begins over who is going to be the Mayor of Monster Beach. Dr. Knutt is keen as mustard. Will Jan and Dean end up rigging the election or will cooler heads prevail?
