Episodes 5x101-109 are duplicates and should be deleted from tmdb, see multiple issues raised in discussion 8 months ago (discussion still marked as open). Episodes 5x128 and 5x129 [now renumbered 5x19 and 5x20] are recycled-footage episodes that aired after the series ended in 2014. They could be relocated to Specials. I am using the body of this old note to provide information to viewers who may be confused by these entries. Original title and content of this note: Name field-Current Season (as of 2013-03-13) is Season 4 Overview field-TLC sometimes has split seasons, so numbering can get messed up. According to TVRage, Amazon, Wikipedia, and the TV Guide the current season is 4.
