This trip, Guy Fieri is diving into sandwiches, Southern eats and south-of-the-border specialties. In Spokane, Washington, there's a lights-out food truck smoking up real-deal barbecue. In Ashland, Oregon, Guy visits a Mexican joint putting a tasty twist on tamales and crushing their carnitas torta. And in Bozeman, Montana, he stops at a fried chicken haven serving up the bomb bird on the bone and in the bun.
